LONDON (Alliance News) - Pantheon International Participations PLC Tuesday said Non-Executive Director David Melvin, and his wife, purchased their first 3,000 shares in the company at a price of 1,302.00 pence per share on Monday.
Following the transaction, Melvin and his wife hold a 0.0009% stake in the company.
Pantheon shares closed down 0.3% to 1,288.00 pence per share on Tuesday.
