On The Beach Share News (OTB)

(Sharecast News) - On The Beach Group revealed on Tuesday that chief executive Simon Cooper had disposed of 3.9m ordinary shares in the London-listed travel outfit via his interest in Hawksford Trustees.
Cooper, who founded the group in 2004, sold the shares on Friday at an average price of 360.0p each, for a total value of £14.03m.

Back in November, On the Beach said adjusted pre-tax profit for the year was at breakeven levels, with cancellation rates over the summer well above what it had been expecting, as the company insisted its balance sheet was strong

As of 1600 GMT, OTB shares were down 0.42% at 353.0p.
