(Sharecast News) - Oakley Capital Investments revealed on Tuesday that co-founder Peter Dubens had acquired 5.33m ordinary shares in the AIM-listed financial services outfit.Dubens, who founded the group alongside David Till back in 2002, purchased the shares on Friday at an average cost of 220p each, for a total value of £11.73m.As a result of the transaction, Dubens was interested in 14.88m ordinary shares in the company, representing 7.28% of its issued share capital.Back in March, Oakley Capital agreed to acquire Spanish software provider Unit4, also known as Ekon.Oakley revealed that it would make an indirect contribution of roughly £20m to the firm from its Private Equity III fund, dependent on the capital structure at completion.As of 1630 BST, Oakley shares had picked up 3.50% to 231.84p.Top Director BuysOakley Capital Investments Ltd.
