IN BRIEF: NetScientific Agrees EMV Capital Buy; Raises GBP2.3 Million

NetScientific PLC - healthcare IP commercialisation company - Agrees to buy EMV Capital, an investment services company which has interests in the industrial high-tech, energy, circular economy, smart city, transportation and healthcare sectors. Consideration for deal to be settled via issue of 3.5 million NetScientific shares, valuing EMV Capital at GBP3.4 million. Plans a 10-to-1 capital reorganisation and conditionally raises GBP2.3 million in a share placing priced at 65 pence each, after taking into account the share consolidation.

Current stock price: 8.00 pence

Year-to-date change: up 19%
