MySale Group PLC - Australia, New Zealand and south east Asia-focused online retailer - Mats Weiss resigns as chief financial & operating officer, effective immediately, for "personal reasons". MySale says Financial Controller Winky Sarwana will be interim CFO while a search for a successor is conducted. Back in November, MySale withdrew its proposed listing on Australian Securities Exchange, blaming the "current equity market conditions and the performance of a number of recent IPOs in Australia". Earlier that month, MySale had said it planned to float on the ASX and cancel its listing on AIM in London in March next year.
