(Alliance News) - Biopharmaceutical company Mereo BioPharma Group PLC on Monday said Chair Peter Fellner bought shares worth GBP15,317 via two transactions.
Fellner purchased 23,800 shares at 60 pence per share, worth GBP14,280 in total, on Friday. On the same day, he bought additional 1,700 shares at 61p per share, worth GBP1,037 in total.
Mereo BioPharma shares were down 7.5% at 55.50p each in London on Monday afternoon.
