LONDON (Alliance News) - Michelmersh Brick Holdings PLC said Friday that Chief Executive Martin Warner had sold 1 million shares at 69 pence each to satisfy institutional investor demand Thursday, netting GBP690,000.
Shares in the brick manufacturing company were trading down 0.4% at 69.75 pence Friday morning.
Following the transaction Warner holds a 6.91% interest in the company.
