Mortgage Advice Bureau Holdings PLC - Derby-based mortgage intermediary - Numis Securities Ltd places 3.7 million shares for two directors, a 6.9% stake, at 1,100 pence, worth GBP40 million. Co-Founder & Chief Executive Officer Peter Brodnicki sells 3.1 million shares in the placing and now has 10.4 million shares remaining, a 19.6% stake. Non-Executive Director David Preece sells 600,000 shares and now has 924,800 shares, a 1.7% holding. Preece was chief operating officer of MAB until 2019. Brodnicki and Preece have agreed to not sell more shares for 180 days without broker approval.
