(Sharecast News) - Events and entertainment group Live Company has entered into a five-year agreement with US-based firm Imagine Exhibitions.
The pair's agreement will see Imagine assist Brick Live International, Live's US subsidiary, in identifying suitable venues in North America for it to hire for its BRICKLIVE touring shows.

Live's agreement with Imagine excludes BRICKLIVE exhibitions, which will continue to be operated through the group's US joint-venture, Parallel Three Six Zero.

The AIM-listed firm said the partnership brings together two global travelling exhibitors that encompass entertainment, education and interactive experiences within their shows and also represents "a significant opportunity" to expand the BRICKLIVE brand.

Chairman David Ciclitira said: "We are very excited to have established a long term partnership with Imagine Exhibitions, one of the world's leading creators and producers of touring shows exhibited globally.

"This partnership is a fantastic opportunity for both the company and Imagine Exhibitions to showcase our wide range of BRICKLIVE touring shows and bring the BRICKLIVE experience to venues in America."

As of 1000 BST, Live Company shares had dipped 1.46% to 40.40p.
