Litigation Capital Management Ltd - asset manager specialising in dispute financing solutions - Chair Jonathan Moulds and Chief Executive Officer Patrick Moloney buy 1.8 million shares in total, in London on Friday. Moulds buys 1.7 million shares at 71.35 pence each, worth GBP1.2 million. Moloney buys 157,092 shares at 71.00p each, worth GBP111,535. Moulds is now interested in 5.3 million shares, a 4.4% stake, whilst Moloney is interested in 10.4 million shares, an 8.8% stake.
