Keywords Studios PLC - London-based video game industry services provider - Says PEQ Holdings Ltd has sold three million shares in Keywords through an accelerated bookbuild launched on Tuesday. Notes PEQ Holdings is the holding company for Keywords's founders, led by Non-Executive Director Giorgio Guastalla. Says the placing was priced at 2,800 pence per share, with the shares being sold reflecting 4.0% of the company's entire issued share capital. Following completion, the selling shareholder will hold 500,736 shares in Keywords, representing 0.7% of the company's issued share capital.
Numis Securities Ltd acted as the sole bookrunner and Keywords will not gain any proceeds from the placing.
