(Alliance News) - Judges Scientific PLC on Wednesday posted a profit of GBP14.9 million for 2021, up from GBP9.5 million the previous year, boosted by performance from recent acquisitions.
Revenue grew by 14% to GBP91.3 million from GBP79.9 million.
The scientific-instrument acquisition company makes a final payout of 47 pence, which brings the total 2021 dividend to 66p. That is an increase of 20% from the 55p payout in 2020.
The London-based company said it eyes normalising trading conditions and a record order book. However, the war in Ukraine will further exacerbate supply chain issues, it added.
Judges Scientific shares were 9.7% higher at 7,680.00 pence each in London on Wednesday afternoon.
