LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Monday said Non-Executive Director Simon Bragg acquired 400 shares as part of a dividend reinvestment through a savings plan, at a price of GBP2.4632 per share Friday.
Bragg holds a total of 17,139 shares in the investment trust.
Shares were down 0.1% at 246.79 pence Monday.
