LONDON (Alliance News) - JPMorgan American Investment Trust PLC Wednesday said Director Simon Bragg's beneficial interest in the company has increased after shares were purchased under a monthly savings plan with JPMorgan Asset Management (UK) Ltd.
The trust said 79 shares were acquired at GBP11.8549 each on Tuesday.
Bragg's total holding stands at 3,081 shares, under 1.0% of the trust's shares.
The trust's shares Wednesday closed at 1,194.11 pence, up 0.2%.
