LONDON (Alliance News) - Specialty polymers firm Itaconix PLC on Tuesday said it appointed John Snow as non-executive director to replace Julian Heslop, who will step down from the board with immediate effect.
Snow currently serves as president & managing director of private investment management firm Quabbin Capital. Prior to that, he has been an auditor with KPMG.
"With his deep financial and investment experience in growth companies, we welcome having John on our board," said Chief Executive John Shaw.
"Julian has served the company and our shareholders with rigour and the utmost integrity. We thank him for his years of contributions toward our progress and advancement as an emerging growth company," added Shaw.
Itaconix shares were trading 3.2% lower on Tuesday at 2.71 pence each.
