LONDON (Alliance News) - IS Solutions PLC said Chairman Barrie Clark sold 285,000 shares at a price of 50 pence per share Thursday.
Clark is retiring as chairman at the end of the month.
Following this transaction, he remains interested in 206,000 shares, representing approximately 0.6% of the total issued ordinary share capital.
Shares in the computer hardware company were up 3.0% at 53.00p Thursday.
