LONDON (Alliance News) - IS Solutions PLC said Thursday that Non-Executive Director Roger McDowell sold 500,000 shares at 98.2045 pence each Wednesday.
Following this sale McDowell has an interest in 2.35 million shares, or an around 6.44% stake in the company.
Shares in IS Solutions were up 4.6% at 102.00 pence Thursday afternoon.
