(Sharecast News) - IntegraFin shares slumped on Tuesday after news broke that founder Michael Howard had sold a 1.1% stake in the Transact owner the day before.
Through its Transact platform, the firm offered advisory professionals a comprehensive financial planning infrastructure for investing client assets and tax planning.
The sale was mainly driven by Howard's desire to further fund a charitable foundation, the company said.
Nonetheless, it was also "residually" for diversification purposes.
The shares were in any case knocked off their record highs, ending the session 5.25% lower at 559.0p.

IN BRIEF: IntegraFin sees record inflows in first half
IntegraFin Holdings PLC - London-based investment platform - Reports 14% increase in funds under direction in the six months to March 31 to GBP53.50 billion, from GBP46.93 billion a year before. Says net inflows amount to GBP2.68 billion, up 17% from GBP2.31 billion. Achieves record gross inflows of over GBP4.07 billion in the period. Explains that outflows remained lower compared to first half of financial 2021, resulting in increased inflows. Notes that net inflows declined 4% in the second quarter to GBP1.40 billion versus GBP1.47 billion in the same quarter a year before. Explains that net flows for this quarter were impacted by the timing of Easter and the resultant number of days prior to the tax year end in April 2022, when compared to the prior year.
