LONDON (Alliance News) - IG Design Group PLC said on Wednesday Chief Executive Paul Fineman has sold shares worth over GBP11 million.
Fineman sold 2.1 million shares at a price of 554 pence each, for a total of GBP11.5 million.
These shares represent almost half of his stake, with Fineman now owning 2.4 million IG Design shares, equating to a 3.0% holding. He also has a non-beneficial interest in a further 174,608 shares.
IG Design shares were down 3.1% on Wednesday morning at a price of 544.50 pence each.
