LONDON (Alliance News) - Property regeneration company Harworth Group PLC said Thursday that it expects its performance for 2015 to be "significantly ahead" of its expectations.
The company said it has continued to deliver good operational progress in the second half, and its results will be boosted by gains from sales to be completed before the year end.
"The group had a strong first half of the year as highlighted at the time of our interim results in August. The positive momentum has continued into the fourth quarter, which has normally shown a strong result for the property business, and is now expected to exceed our expectations on the back of sales and planning approvals which in turn will improve the valuation of our portfolio," said Chief Executive Owen Michaelson.
Shares in Harworth were up 12% at 13.75 pence Thursday morning.
