Henderson High Income Trust PLC - pure income trust investing in dividend-paying UK companies - Hires Penny Lovell as non-executive director, starting January 1. Lovell is chief executive officer of Sanlam Private Wealth, which manages more than GBP4 billion in assets and is part of Johannesburg-listed Sanlam Ltd. Previously, she was head of Marketing, Sales & Distribution at Close Brothers Asset Management, part of London-listed Close Brothers Group PLC.
