H&T Group Promotes Richard Withers To Chief Financial Officer Role

(Alliance News) - H&T Group PLC on Tuesday said it has promoted Interim Finance Director Richard Withers to the role of chief financial officer, effective immediately.

Withers joined H&T as interim finance director in February 2018. He was previously finance director at the Money Shop.

The pawnbroker also said that Martin Pugh has resigned from his position as non-executive director, effective immediately. Pugh joined the company in October.

Shares in H&T were trading 0.6% higher at 363.00 pence each on Tuesday afternoon in London.
