ASOS PLC - London-based online fast fashion retailer - Departed chief executive Nick Beighton buys 2,020 shares at GBP24.63, worth GBP49,744, on Monday. The purchase comes on the day that ASOS announces that Beighton is leaving the company immediately, while also warning about rising costs, triggering a 13% drop in share price to GBP24.40. Back in June, Beighton had sold GBP1.5 million worth of ASOS stock, 29,558 shares at GBP51.00 each. On Tuesday, Ian Dyson, who was promoted on Monday to chair from senior independent director, buys 4,500 shares at GBP23.17, worth GBP104,261.

Ferguson PLC - Wokingham, England-based plumbing and heating products supplier - Non-Executive Director Kelly Baker buys 351 shares at USD142.53, worth USD50,028, in New York on Friday last week.

Good Energy Group PLC - Chippenham-based renewable energy utility - Chief Executive Nigel Pocklington buys 7,500 shares at 351.67p, worth GBP26,375, on Tuesday.
