LONDON (Alliance News) - Gooch & Housego PLC said Elaine Sullivan, a person closely associated with Chair Gary Bullard, purchased shares in the optical products company in a transaction on Thursday.
Sullivan acquired 2,100 shares at a price of 986 pence each, totalling GBP20,706.
Shares in Gooch & Housego were trading 5.5% higher on Thursday at 1,006.49p each.
Gooch & Housego posted a 23.5% rise in first-half adjusted pre-tax profit on Tuesday, driven by a strong performance in the company's industrial division. Pre-tax profit came in at £6.3m from £5.1m in the same period a year ago, while revenue rose 13.1% to £38.9m from £34.4m. In the industrial segm
