Gamma Communications PLC - London-based cloud communication services provider - Shareholder Hoxton Assets Ltd to sell 2.3 million shares in Gamma to institutional investors via an accelerated bookbuild, reflecting 2.4% of the company's issued share capital. Placing price was not disclosed.
Barclays Bank will act as sole global coordinator and bookrunner.
