FastForward Innovations Ltd - technology and life sciences sector focused investor - Revised Chapter 11 Plan of Factom Inc, which allows for FastForward's USD6 million SAFE note be converted to equity in Factom, approved by the US Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware and shareholders of Factom. As a result, FastForward will hold 6.3 million shares in Factom, representing 30% of the issued share capital.
