Rolls-Royce Holdings PLC - London-based jet engine maker - Non-Executive Director George Culmer buys 8,760 shares at GBP2.27, worth GBP19,885, on Friday last week.

Pendragon PLC - Nottingham-based automotive retailer - Non-Executive Director Dietmar Exler buys 210,000 shares at average GBP0.081, worth GBP16,988, on Tuesday last week. The purchase is his only holding, having been appointed to the board in April.

Energean PLC - gas exploration and production in Mediterranean - Non-Executive Director Efstathios Topouzoglou buys 10,000 shares via OilCo Investments Ltd at GBP5.54, worth GBP55,400, on Thursday last week. Topouzoglou has now bought 160,000 shares since the start of October.
