LONDON (Alliance News) - Ethernity Networks Ltd on Wednesday said it has delivered its ACE-NIC100 to a major Korean original equipment manufacturer.
Ethernity provides networking and security software through its programmable hardware. The ACE-NIC100 is used to improve the performance of Ethernet networks.
By using the ACE-NIC100, the Korean company's network will take less power to run and will be less expensive.
Ethernity signed a contract with the undisclosed Korean firm in June, the value of which has not been disclosed, to deliver a customised solution. The contract had a scheduled end-of-year acceptance by the Korean customer.
"This is aligned with the company's strategy of transitioning from selling technology to offering complete products and solutions, which is expected to result in anticipated significant growth for the company," Ethernity said.
Shares in Ethernity were up 4.1% at 38.50 pence on Wednesday.
