LONDON (Alliance News) - Everyman Media Group PLC said Friday that Chairman Paul Wise and Non-Executive Director Adam Kaye acquired shares in the company on Thursday.
Wise, through his family trust, bought 12,796 shares at 194.00 pence each for a total of GBP24,824. After the deal, he holds a 3.24% stake in the media company.
On the same day, Kaye acquired 75,000 shares at 199.99p for GBP149,992. He now holds a 7.38% interest in the company.
Everyman Media shares were trading up 0.7% at 195.90p on Friday.
