EKF Diagnostics Holdings PLC - Cardiff-based diagnostics and central laboratory assay manufacturer - Makes USD5 million investment in Trellus Health Ltd, which provides a digital health platform for complex chronic conditions. The investment is part of an agreement between EKF and Mount Sinai Innovations Partners to identify technologies for early intervention and better care management of patients with inflammatory bowel disease, including Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis. Trellus Health may consider an initial public offering on AIM in London in early 2021, EKF said.
