LONDON (Alliance News) - Epistem Holdings PLC Monday said Managing Director Catherine Booth transferred 4,877 shares to her self invested personal pension fund at a price of 328 pence.
Booth's interest remains unchanged at 985,642 shares following this transaction, representing a 10.11% stake in the firm.
The stock closed at 328.00 pence Monday, up 0.50 pence or 0.2%.
