LONDON (Alliance News) - Personalised medicine and biotechnology company Epistem Holdings PLC on Wednesday said it has appointed David Budd as its chief executive officer.
Budd will take up the role by the middle of April, Epistem said, and joins from Leica Biosystems, a diagnostic testing business owned by US manufacturer Danaher Corp.
Chairman Ian Gilham will remain in the role of interim CEO until Budd joins, Epistem said.
Epistem shares were untraded on Wednesday, having last traded at 115.00 pence.
