Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - London-based investor in internet infrastructure, such as data centres and subsea fibre - Receives merger control approval in Iceland for the completion of the Verne transaction. On Tuesday, Digital 9 had received approval in Finland. Back in November, Digital 9 announced the sale of its stake in the Verne Group for up to USD575 million to funds managed by Ardian France SA, a Paris-based investment and asset management firm. Closing of the Verne transaction is now expected to take place before the end of the first quarter of 2024.

Current stock price: 23.45 pence, up 24%

Digital 9 Infrastructure PLC - London-based digital infrastructure investor - Signs conditional sale & purchase agreement to acquire a majority stake in Tetra Ireland Communications Ltd. Previously notes that subsidiary Digital 9 Wireless Ltd acquires a majority stake of 56% in the exclusive operator of public safety wireless networks across the Republic of Ireland for EUR76 million. Company may also have the opportunity to increase the acquisition up to a 100% holding.
