Patrick Soon-Shiong Grows Directa Plus Stake To 29% From 22% Prior

(Alliance News) - Directa Plus PLC said Friday Patrick Soon-Shiong expanded his stake in the graphene-focused technology developer in a transaction on Wednesday.

Soon-Shiong held 17.6 million shares in Directa after the transaction, equivalent to a 29% stake in the 61.0 million share outstanding in the firm. Prior to the transaction, Soon-Shiong held a 22% stake.

Shares in Directa were 2.1% lower at 71.00 pence in London on Friday.
