(Alliance News) - The following is a round-up of share dealings by London-listed company directors and managers announced on Tuesday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

Indivior PLC - Richmond, Virginia-based treatments for opioid addiction - Scopia Capital Management LP and Scopia Management Inc sell 120,000 shares at GBP1.63, worth GBP195,012, on Friday last week. Scopia already had sold 374,104 shares earlier in the week, making for a total of 494,104 shares sold last week. It has a stake of about 16%. Jerome Lande, a Scopia partner, represents Indivior's largest shareholder as a non-executive director.

3i Group PLC - London-based private equity investor - Seven directors and managers, including Chair Simon Thompson, buy 9,361 shares at 1,298.00 pence, worth GBP121,506, on Monday.

Croda International PLC - Yorkshire, England-based chemicals maker - Human Resources Director Tracy Sheedy sells 582 shares at GBP87.66, worth GBP51,018, on Tuesday.

Vast Resources PLC - Finance Director Paul Fletcher buys 365,000 shares at 6.88p, worth GBP25,094, on Tuesday. Now has 705,481 shares.
