(Sharecast News) - Capita revealed on Monday that chief financial officer Tim Weller had acquired 255,521 ordinary shares in the FTSE 250-listed outsourcer and government contractor.
Weller, who was named as CFO of Capita in May, purchased the shares at an average price of 38.94p each, for a total value of £99,501.41.
Last Monday, Capita said it was on track to post revenue growth for the first time in six years as trading in the first half of 2021 improved.
Capita, which expects its first-half adjusted revenue to be at similar levels as last year, also said it was on track for £50m in annualised savings from 2022 onwards.
As of 1630 BST, Capita shares were up 0.54% at 38.80p.

Capita praises growth despite statutory loss, on track for year end
