(Alliance News) - Cambridge-based Checkit PLC on Monday named Aylsa Muir as Chief Financial Officer designate, anticipated to join the board in September.
Checkit helps complex and multi-site businesses optimize their performance on different operational levels.
Muir has 10 years with Pepsico Inc under her belt and more recently has been the divisional finance director at IRIS Software Group.
Checkit Executive Chair Keith Daley said: "Aylsa was selected for her strong commercial and operational knowledge alongside her broad finance skillset having partnered CEO/COOs at the highest levels within software organisations."
Checkit shares were down 1.9% at 39.75 pence on Monday afternoon in London.
