SMALL-CAP WINNERS & LOSERS: Supply@Me up on first deal; XPS ups payout

Thu, 23rd Jun 2022 11:21

(Alliance News) - The following stocks are the leading risers and fallers among London Main Market small-caps on Thursday.

----------

SMALL-CAP - WINNERS

----------

Supply@Me Capital PLC, up 17% at 0.08 pence, 12-month range 0.06p-0.48p. The inventory monetisation platform hails successful debut of a Middle Eastern partnership. Supply@Me says its company, TradeFlow Capital Management Ltd, completed its first warehoused commodities monetisation transaction, which was introduced by Cargoes Finance by DP World. In the first transaction under the partnership, TradeFlow Funds monetised the inventory of a small to medium enterprise coffee company based in the UAE, via the Dubai Multi Commodity Centre electronic warrants platform, it says.

----------

Chill Brands Group PLC, up 6.1% at 2.44p, 12-month range 2.10p-58.00p. The cannabidiol products company completes the acquisition of the Chill.com web domain. Following payment of the remaining balance of USD800,000, the company says it holds full beneficial title to the digital asset around which it continues to build its Chill consumer brand. "Those qualities are gold dust for marketers, and we intend to maximise the potential of the Chill.com domain by expanding and improving our brand which, in common with our consumers, should be bright, energetic and youthful," says Chief Executive Officer Callum Sommerton

----------

XPS Pensions Group PLC, up 1.8% at 135.90p, 12-month range 117.88p-153.40p. The pensions consulting and administration firm lifts dividend on strong profit and revenue growth in financial 2022, due to increased client activity. XPS posts pretax profit of GBP16.9 million in the year that ended March 31. This reflects a 48% increase from GBP11.4 million the year before and is on revenue growth of 8.4% to GBP138.6 million from GBP127.9 million. XPS cites higher levels of client activity and significant client wins as reasons for its improved performance. The company declares a final dividend of 4.8 pence, with a total dividend of 7.2p, up 7.5% from 6.7p. Looking ahead, XPS expects the demand for its services to remain high.
