Braveheart Investment Group PLC - Chief Executive Officer Trevor Brown sells 3.1 million shares at average 22.19p, worth GBP686,183, on Monday and Tuesday. Still holds about 5.0 million shares, 16% of the total.

TransGlobe Energy Corp - Non-Executive Director Tim Marchant buys 40,000 shares at CAD0.69 to CAD0.70, worth CAD28,000, on Friday last week and Monday and Tuesday this week. The shares are his only holding.

Diversified Gas & Oil PLC - Chief Operating Officer Brad Gray buys 20,000 shares at average 106.40p, worth GBP21,280, on Tuesday.

Anglo Pacific Group PLC - CEO Julian Treger sells 270,000 shares via Kings Chapel International Ltd at 158p, worth GBP426,600, on Monday. Late last month, Treger sold 727,665 shares via Kings Chapel at 161p, worth GBP1.2 million. Both sales were required by a divorce settlement. Treger now holds 4.5 million shares, a 2.5% stake.

Braveheart H1 losses widen

Scotland-focused investment group Braveheart said pre-tax losses widened as difficult conditions continue. For the six months ended 30 September 2009 the group made a pre-tax loss of £415,000 compared with a loss of £391,000 the year before. Revenue for the period rose to £244,000 from £219,000.
