Andy Inglis, the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Petrofac's Integrated Energy Services (IES) division, is to step down from the company at the end of February.Inglis, who joined the oilfield services firm in January 2011 after having spent 30 years at BP, is to leave for Dallas, Texas, where he has been appointed Chairman and Chief Executive at US-listed Kosmos Energy. Rob Jewkes, currently Managing Director of Developments for IES, will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer of the IES business, reporting directly to Group CEO Ayman Asfari who will oversee the IES business.Jewkes has been working at Petrofac since 2004 and has spent the last five years in his current role.Chairman Norman Murray said: "I would like to thank Andy for the considerable contribution he has made to Petrofac, and to the board. We are sad to see Andy go but understand his reasons and the opportunity his new role affords him in that regard."The stock was 0.32% higher at 1,247p in early trading on Monday.BC
