IN BRIEF: Botswana Diamonds Starts Geophysics Study In South Africa

Botswana Diamonds PLC - diamond exploration company with licenses in Botswana and South Africa - Commences a precision ground geophysics programme to zero-in on potential kimberlite pipes on the prospective Marsfontein and Thorny River properties, both in South Africa. Also undertaking a detailed ground geophysical survey over the Marsfontein alluvial deposit, following an independent assessment of the potential for diamondiferous alluvial deposits. A combination of ground gravity, electromagnetic and magnetic surveys will be undertaken by Geofocus, a geophysical consultancy. Geophysical survey will take six weeks, after which a drilling campaign will commence - planned for November.
