LONDON (Alliance News) - Total Produce PLC on Monday said it appointed Helen Nolan as non-executive director of the company with effect from July.
This appointment follows the retirement of Executive Director Frank Gernon and Non-Executive Director Jerome Kennedy, both of whom will leave prior to the firm's 2020 annual general meeting.
Nolan is a senior executive and company secretary for Bank of Ireland Group PLC, Total Produce said.
Shares in the Irish fresh produce producer were trading up 1.9% at 150.23 pence each.
