LONDON (Alliance News) - Investment company Better Capital PCC Ltd - 2012 Cell said Non-Executive Director Jonathan Moulton purchased 1.75 million shares at a price of 11.016 pence on Wednesday.
The transaction had a total value of GBP192,780. Moulton's total share holding following the deal has not been disclosed.
Better Capital shares were trading down 3.10% at 62.00p on Wednesday.
