(Alliance News) - Better Capital PCC Ltd said Friday it will hold its annual general meeting on September 12, where it will propose to extend the life of Fund 1 by another 18 months.
The resolution will propose to extend the current termination date from December 17 to June 17, 2021. This follows an update on the short to medium prospects of the remaining investments in Fund-1, software firm m-Hance and cloud technology company Omnico.
Better Capital PCC said it considers an extension to Fund 1 is in the best interests of the 2009 Cell shareholders, and has recommended that they vote in favour of the proposal.
Shares in Better Capital PCC's 2009 shares were untraded on Friday, last quoted at 49.97 pence, while its 2012 shares were untraded at 8.02p in London.
