LONDON (Alliance News) - Aberforth Smaller Companies Trust PLC said Non-Executive Director Martin Warner bought shares worth GBP12,197 in the investment trust in a transaction on Thursday.
Warner - a non-executive since March 2018 - acquired 1,000 shares at 1,219.70 pence each. Shares in Aberforth Smaller Companies were 0.2% higher at 1,222.00p on Thursday.
After the transaction, Warner held 2,000 shares in Aberforth Smaller Companies.
