Alpha Real Trust Ltd - Guernsey-based property finance investor - Net asset value per share rises to 220.1 pence as at December 31 from 219.6p on September 30. The increase in NAV in the quarter is due to positive adjusted earnings less dividends. Declares a quarterly dividend of 1.0 pence per share. Looking ahead, ART says it remains committed to growing its diversifying its portfolio.
Current stock price: 122.65 pence each, down 3.8% on Friday afternoon in London.
