UK small caps are down 0.3 percent into mid-session, whilejunior-listed AIM shares fall 0.4 percent, both outperforming a 1.3percent drop on the mid-caps.
Shares in Avanti Communications drop 32 percent after the satelliteoperator says revenues for the year to end-June "are likely to be up to 10million pounds below previous market consensus".
"We intend to review our forecasts carefully. Our initial view is that someprudent re-basing would be sensible until a stronger track record on revenuedelivery is established," analysts at Jefferies say in a note.
In contrast, veterinary medicines supplier Animalcare Group adds2.2 percent after saying its trading for the past year has been in line withmarket expectations, with revenues up 11 percent.
