TEO is the mandatory Russian feasibility study. Bankable feasibility study strategy includes finalising the plan, costing and technical parameters, obtaining binding offtake agreements and sourcing funding for the study. Funding is to mostly come from debt, with a further component from equity or investment from an offtake partner.
