LONDON (Alliance News) - ADVFN PLC late Monday said it has issued 190,000 shares to Mirabaud Securities LPP pursuant to its financial advisory agreement.
The shares were issued at 50.0 pence per share to settle fees owed to Mirabaud for services provided to the company.
ADVFN shares closed down 4.4% to 45.40p on Monday.
