Aminex PLC - oil and gas explorer focused on Tanzania - Completes transfer of 50% operating interest in Ruvuma PSA to ARA Petroleum Tanzania Ltd. Now holds 25% interest in PSA with a full carry to potentially significant volumes of production.
ARA Petroleum will call an operating committee meeting soon, where it is expected it will formally present its programme and schedule for drilling the Chiumbi-1 well.
